아래 링크에서 설명하는대로 하면 되지만, 혹시 나중에 헷갈릴까봐 설치 로그를 정리해보려 한다.

* Windows 패키지 매니저 설치
* 껐다가 다시 켠 후 ROS 설치
* 설치 완료!
* 윈도우 바로가기로 ROS 커맨드 열면 아래와 같이 됨. windows terminal에서 사용하기 위해 필요한 키 확인
* 확인한 키를 windows terminal setting 파일에 입력
* 이제 윈도우 터미널에서 ros command 열고 아래와같이 rosmaster 실행할 수 있다!
